About the role

As a Creative Marketing Manager - Eyewear, you will help us shape the future of seQura Education, the solution for making learning more accessible. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you'll design and execute creative marketing strategies that fuel adoption, build trust, and drive growth in a mission-driven product.

Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving  

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Educa, targeting students, families, and institutions.

  • Build awareness and trust through brand positioning and storytelling, highlighting Educa's impact on accessibility.

  • Develop of marketing assets, from landing page, webinars, to commercial decks.

  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, partnerships) that maximize reach with constrained budgets.

  • Identify growth opportunities with educational partners and implement co-marketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with product and sales teams to optimize pricing models, messaging, and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Create lightweight design mockups in Figma and manage creative workflows with designers.

  • Apply AI-first tools and data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Track KPIs to measure adoption, revenue growth, and expansion into new markets.

What you'll need  

  • 8–10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, edtech, SaaS, or startups.

  • Proven ability to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.

  • Experience in partner marketing and building B2B2C go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, comfortable in startup/scale-up environments.

  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and growth hacking methodologies.

  • Proficiency with Figma and strong creative problem-solving skills.

  • AI-first mentality and ability to leverage tools for productivity and innovation.

  • Strong communication skills in English and native level of Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services or education technology.

  • Exposure to mission-driven products with a social impact component.

  • Prior success in market expansion strategies (local or international).
