Your Impact

As Managing Director / Director General, you will be the driving force behind our operations, commercial strategy, and business performance. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will inspire and empower multidisciplinary teams, nurture strategic partnerships, and champion operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure STAHLS' TPT continues to set industry standards for quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with Vision: Provide strategic direction and foster collaboration across sales, production, and creative teams.
  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute bold strategies to expand our presence in sports, licensed, and workwear apparel markets.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Inspire Teams: Mentor and develop a diverse, high-performing team across sales, account management, and production.
  • Build Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with football clubs, sports brands, licensees, and manufacturing partners.
  • Champion Innovation: Advance textile embellishment, print production, and product development.
  • Deliver Results: Set and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics for sustainable profitability.
  • Represent STAHLS' TPT: Be our ambassador at industry forums and within the sports and apparel community.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of senior leadership in textile, apparel, or sportswear, ideally in embellishment, decoration, or print production.
  • Proven success in business growth, P&L management, and organisational leadership.
  • Experience with sports clubs, licensed brands, or channel partners in the merchandise sector.
  • Commercial acumen, balancing creativity with operational discipline.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
