Buscamos un/a
Administrador/a DevOps Senior
para incorporarse a un entorno tecnológico altamente complejo y de alto rendimiento. El candidato/a trabajará en la gestión y evolución de una plataforma cloud-native basada en
Kubernetes sobre Google Cloud
, participando activamente en el ciclo de despliegue, operación y observabilidad de sistemas críticos.

Entorno Técnico / Responsabilidades

  • Gestión de infraestructura cloud-native sobre Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Administración del ciclo de vida de despliegues mediante Helm Charts, con orquestación y reconciliación a través de ArgoCD.
  • Operación del data plane, incluyendo clústeres de Kafka, Cassandra y Cadence.
  • Participación en el despliegue y futura operación de y asunción progresiva del ownership de Apache Flink.
  • Implementación de monitorización y observabilidad mediante Prometheus y OpenTelemetry.
  • Desarrollo de scripts de automatización en Shell, con desarrollos puntuales de utilidades en Go.

Perfil Requerido

  • Perfil Senior con experiencia demostrable en entornos DevOps / SRE.
  • Dominio avanzado de Shell scripting (bash u otras shells).
  • Experiencia sólida en Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Conocimiento profundo y experiencia práctica con Helm Charts.
  • Administración y operación de clústeres Kafka en producción.

Requisitos Adicionales

  • Guardias: No requeridas inicialmente. Podrán valorarse en el futuro según autonomía y desempeño.
  • Inglés técnico: Imprescindible para documentación (scripts, documentación de servicio, comentarios). Interacción puntual con equipos internacionales mediante comunicaciones breves y efectivas.
