As a
People Business Partner
you will be responsible to transmit the business needs to implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures within the assigned geographies, creating a trusted relationship with colleagues and stakeholders across his/her area of responsibility. Work in partnership with Directors, Managers and Staff on the HR related decision making, by providing professional counselling, coaching and tailoring solutions that meet business needs, improve work relationships, increase productivity, people development and retention, supporting and adding value to the business
