We are looking for a "Veeva Vault AI/ML expert" with technical minset, who will offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company, to perform technical and interface assessments of AI demands, manage/ensure the platform stability, coordinate with the vendor the product enhancement requests

SKILLS :

  • +3 years of experience working in a technology or life science field.
  • MLOps, Databricks Generative AI (text/image/video), prompt engineering, LLM integration (Apollo), image recognition and manipulation, ML model building
  • IT experience in Software Development, Administration and Support.
  • Experienced in Veeva Vault ecosystem (mainly MLR Processes, CRM, Approved Email and CLM system configuration).
  • Implementing/supporting SaaS solutions.
  • Providing support to running operations and/or project delivery.
  • Veeva White Belt Certification.
  • Deep knowledge of PromoMats and MedComms.
  • Knowledge of Veeva Vault API Connectors.
  • Good understanding of the architecture of the solution (Veeva Vault and Multichannel functionalities).
  • Experienced with various tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc
  • Should be able to effectively coordinate with all stakeholders (cross-functional teams)
  • Agile Methodology.
  • Fluent English.

TASKS :

  • Verify Veeva Vault off-the-shelf solution's AI abilities meet current standards for applicability and ethical usage including API's, agentic AI in the Vault Platform and integration best practices.
  • Develop and support the use of standard and custom AI agents with Veeva Vault.
  • Provide AI technical expertise to support architecture, design, build, assembling 3rd party and custom developed tech components.
  • Provide and support testing and deployment of use case demands for variety of business requirements.
  • Ensure to follow all the best practices in every stage of SDLC, and consistent architecture practices across deliverables using IT operating model and ensure compliance with IT processes.
  • Strong hands-on technical administration and configuration expertise in Veeva Vault.
  • Effective and clear communication from/to the technical team for any issues that may affect the deliverables & timelines.
  • Provide AI/ML technical expertise, guidance & coaching to the technical team
  • Fulfill technology specific business needs.
  • Provide Business Consultancy to our global stakeholders.

SCHEDULE :

  • 08/09h-17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
  • 100% remote.
