As a Implementation Engineer, you will own the technical work required to integrate our platform into customer environments. During PoCs and early rollouts, you will gather requirements from real customer systems, validate feasibility, and deliver working implementations quickly. You will build custom integrations when needed and ship targeted features that unblock adoption.
You will operate at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering, turning recurring integration needs into reusable platform capabilities so each new deployment becomes faster and more standardized.
Translate deployment requirements into production-ready integrations, features, and automation.
Partner with the Engagement team to understand customer environments (systems, data, security, workflows).
Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools (CRMs, ERPs, SaaS platforms) and internal systems.
Ship customer-impacting product extensions (onboarding flows, dashboards, reports, automations) with a path to reusability.
Own technical deployments end to end: scoping, implementation, configuration, testing, rollout, and iteration.
Turn repeated deployment patterns into reusable platform capabilities, templates, and best practices.
Build internal tools that improve reliability and reduce manual work across onboarding and operations.
At least 3 years of experience building and shipping fullstack software in production.
Solid backend skills and experience working with scalable systems.
Comfortable working with unclear requirements and changing priorities.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Clear communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical people.
Curiosity and motivation to deeply understand customer problems.
Previous experience in customer-facing engineering roles similar roles like Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
Experience working with enterprise customers.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure, and production systems.
Startup experience or work on AI-driven products.
Infrastructure: Microservices, Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL
