Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the
first satellite telecommunications operator
that will provide
global and continuous connectivity
to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things
(IoT) universe under the 5G protocol
.

In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a
constellation of last generation nanosatellites
, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

YOUR MISSION

YOUR MISSION

As our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first point of contact between Sateliot and the future stars of our team. With around 2 years of experience, you are ready to take the next step in your career and dive into the challenging world of New Space recruitment. You will help us grow our team by identifying top talent, managing a smooth candidate experience, and supporting our hiring managers in finding the perfect match for our mission.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Active Sourcing:

Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Full Recruitment Cycle:

Manage the initial stages of the funnel: screening CVs, conducting first-step interviews, and coordinating technical tests.
- Candidate Experience:

Be the face of Sateliot Ensure every candidate receives timely updates and feels valued throughout the process, regardless of the outcome.
- Scheduling & Logistics:

Coordinate interview agendas between candidates and our hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- ATS Management:

Keep our recruitment database (Teamtailor) organized and up-to-date to ensure we have clean data and reports.
- Employer Branding Support:

Assist in organizing recruitment events, university fairs, and social media content to show the world what it's like to work at Sateliot.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience:

Approximately

2 years of experience in

tech or engineering recruitment. (agency or in-house).
- Languages:

High level of

English (B2/C1)

and

Spanish

. You will communicate daily with candidates from all over the globe.
- Tools:

Familiarity with

LinkedIn Recruiter

and

ATS

tools (Teamtailor).
- Skills:

Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and a proactive "can-do" attitude. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and "sell" a dream project.
- Passion:

You are genuinely curious about technology and excited about the idea of satellites and global connectivity.
