Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic consulting initiatives in the telecommunications sector, adding value to key decision-making processes.

  • Analyze complex business problems and design innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify optimization opportunities in operational models, business processes, and corporate strategies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, facilitating digital transformation and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities in the sector.

  • Drive business development by generating new opportunities, crafting value propositions, and supporting commercial negotiations.

  • Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior consultants.

Requisitos

Required Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in business consulting.

  • Proven track record in delivering high-impact projects in areas such as commercial strategy, process optimization, or digital transformation.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex environments.

  • Ability to identify and structure improvement opportunities for telecom operators, integrators, or large corporations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.

  • 100% consulting mindset: analytical, structured, and results-oriented.

  • Strategic thinking and synthesis skills to address complex problems.

  • High energy and drive, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in formal and informal settings.

  • Autonomy and adaptability in dynamic environments.

  • Innovative mindset, with a constant curiosity for new trends and technologies.

  • Spanish and English: Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) is essential.
