Capitole Consulting sigue creciendo y queremos hacerlo contigo Estamos buscando un/a Windows System Engineer con más de 4 años de experiencia. Estarás integrado/a en el equipo colaborando en la administración, soporte y evolución de las plataformas Windows y Azure. Trabajarás en coordinación con equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura y operaciones, participando en tareas de mantenimiento, automatización, despliegues y proyectos de mejora continua. Formarás parte de un entorno multidisciplinar enfocado en garantizar la disponibilidad, seguridad y eficiencia de la infraestructura tecnológica, contribuyendo activamente a la optimización de procesos y a la calidad del servicio. STACK TECNOLÓGICO: - Imprescindible: Windows Server Active Directory (usuarios, GPOs, DNS, DCs) Azure (gobernanza, permisos, AVD, Application Gateway) RDS (Remote Desktop Services) Scripting en Powershell SCCM VMware / ESX ADFS Conocimientos de on-prem + cloud Deseable: Experiencia en seguridad y hardening Monitorización de rendimiento y disponibilidad Documentación técnica estructurada Certificaciones Microsoft (Azure Administrator, Windows Server, etc.) Idiomas: inglés B2/C1 Ubicación: zona oeste de Madrid Asistencia a oficinas: modelo híbrido con 2 días/semana de asistencia a la oficina Horario: horario flexible Somos geniales, pero contigo lo seremos más Para ello tendrás:
