En Exceltic buscamos un/a
Software Engineering Project Lead
, un perfil con base sólida en ingeniería de software que quiera dar el salto hacia la
gestión de proyectos
, la
interlocución con clientes
y el
apoyo estratégico a iniciativas tecnológicas
de la compañía.

Se trata de una posición híbrida entre
técnica, consultoría y negocio
, participando en proyectos clave desde su fase inicial hasta su entrega, ayudando a definir soluciones, coordinar equipos y detectar nuevas oportunidades.

Tus funciones se centrarán en:

  • Acompañar técnicamente proyectos de desarrollo de software desde su concepción hasta su entrega.
  • Actuar como punto de enlace entre clientes, equipos técnicos y dirección.
  • Participar en procesos de preventa: análisis de necesidades, propuestas técnicas y defensa de soluciones.
  • Coordinar la planificación, recursos, riesgos y comunicación de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades basadas en tendencias del sector (cloud, automatización, IA, integración, etc.).
  • Aportar visión tecnológica transversal y guiar decisiones de arquitectura a alto nivel.
  • Representar a Exceltic en reuniones estratégicas con clientes y partners.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • +6 años desarrollando software (frontend, backend, APIs, cloud o similar).
  • Experiencia o interés en gestión de proyectos y trato con clientes.
  • Capacidad de análisis, comunicación y liderazgo técnico.
  • Mentalidad consultiva y orientación al negocio.
  • Interés por la innovación, aunque no se requiere ser especialista en IA.
