The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Technician to support our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing operational documentation, ERP workflows, and materials coordination across multiple production sites. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative career within an industrial and manufacturing environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Support production planning in the ERP system for orders to be launched to various factories.
- Execute material consumption entries in ERP for the manufacturing area.
- Upload delivery notes into ERP and Redmine for materials received at factories.
- Review warehouse and project stock to manage transfers to manufacturing when needed
Your Background
- Vocational Training / Intermediate Degree in Administration or similar, professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous experience or familiarity with ERP or SAP.
- B2 level of English (to be assessed during the interview).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude.
- Interest in the industrial sector and production management.
- Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%
