Finance Data Analyst
We are recruiting a Data Analyst for a client in the FMCG sector, who is passionate about data, finance, and driving business impact. The role is based within a stable, international organization where data plays a key role in supporting financial decision-making and continuous improvement across the business.
This position offers exposure to complex financial environments, modern systems, and a highly flexible working model, making it ideal for professionals looking to combine technical expertise with business insight in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimize and continuously improve the accounting, finance, or tax information model, ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of financial data.
- Perform data transformation and analysis using SQL queries to support reconciliations, reporting, and financial control processes.
- Analyze large volumes of financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Support decision-making through high-quality financial insights and structured reporting.
Required skills & experience:
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, and SQL.
- Proven experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work with complex data models and multiple data sources.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
