The role

We're looking for a freelance AI Motion Designer to bring Bleap's brand to life across social. You'll use the latest AI and motion design tools to produce high-impact 3D and cinematic short-form videos that explain, inspire, and engage. From cashback rewards and yield updates to new features, your work will make people stop scrolling and start talking about Bleap.

What you'll do

  • Use AI and motion design tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, After Effects, etc.) to create up to 3 videos per week
  • Design smooth transitions and product walkthroughs that feel native to social platforms, specifically X
  • Develop creative concepts for explainers, teasers, and feature showcases that fit Bleap's tone and style
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaigns, launches, and product moments
  • Experiment with new AI video workflows and push creative boundaries

What we look for

  • Proven experience in motion design or AI-generated video creation
  • Portfolio that shows strong design sense, storytelling, and familiarity with social formats
  • Understanding of Web3 or fintech culture (and curiosity to go deeper)
  • Ability to write short, sharp copy and visual hooks that land
  • Self-starter mindset with strong attention to visual detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience in startup or fast-paced creative environments
  • Familiarity with Twitter/X trends and Web3 communities
