About the position:

We're looking for a Product Manager, Mobile & Web to help shape the future of Softonic's products, driving innovation across platforms and strengthening our presence in the mobile space.

This role will focus on enhancing the overall user experience across Softonic's ecosystem, including mobile, web, and desktop, with particular attention to identifying and developing opportunities in the mobile app and mobile web environment.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, and other teams to deliver products that delight millions of users each month, while supporting Softonic's evolution toward a more user-driven and engaging platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the areas and platforms under your responsibility, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Growth, Sales, and Marketing) to design, develop, and optimize product experiences across devices.
• Identify and drive initiatives that strengthen Softonic's mobile experience, both in mobile web and native apps, ensuring quality, usability, and scalability.
• Use data and user insights to validate hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and measure product success.
• Contribute to the definition of product goals, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Ensure a customer-centric approach that balances user satisfaction with business objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements, bringing new ideas that inspire product innovation.
• Manage product development through all stages of the lifecycle, applying agile methodologies and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Experience and qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital products, including mobile native apps as well as web or desktop environments.
• Strong understanding of digital user experiences, especially within mobile ecosystems.
• Experience in user engagement, onboarding, or retention strategies is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with mobile marketing, online advertising, or monetization models is desirable.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, iterating quickly based on user feedback and data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required.
