Product Merchandising Internship (Becário)

Intern for our Product Merchandising Team (Contract: Becário)

What will you do?

As an intern in our Product Merchandising team, you will support the coordination of the catalogue, promotional content, and the optimization of user experience and conversion. Your responsibilities will include:

Catalogue Management

  • Help ensure that all collections are published correctly and on time.
  • Support the management of unpublishing requests.
  • Review and verify the quality of product content and translations.

Merchandising

  • Collaborate in the execution of the catalogue merchandising strategy.
  • Participate in the planning of category actions and specific campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing internal presentations of new collections and gathering best practices to share with international teams.

Performance Optimization

  • Support qualitative and quantitative analysis of products, competitors, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the UX team by gathering data and insights that help identify improvements based on user behavior.

Who are you?

  • You are
    currently studying
    Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics, Digital Business, or a related field
    (mandatory, as it's a becário contract)
  • You are
    able to commit to
    25 hours per week,
    ensuring compatibility with academic schedule
    (mantarory)
  • You are able to participate under a formal internship agreement between the educational institution and the company
    (mantarory)
  • No previous experience is required, but an interest in e-commerce, digital merchandising, product content, or user experience is valued.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • You are pro-active, curious and team player.
  • Good level of English; other languages are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
