To live and showcase the life of a local fan, traditions, rituals, chants, stories, emotions through short-form, engaging content.

If football is your passion and you love turning raw stories into digital magic, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Edit vertical and horizontal videos (TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts) with dynamic pacing, storytelling, humor & human emotion
• Work with footage captured at stadiums, fan zones, pubs, plazas, city streets, museums and club shops

• Create matchday narrative structure: teasers before matchday, stadium & fan atmosphere, reactions, rituals, city culture, post-match reflections

• Add text overlays, transitions, captions and music aligned with football vibes

• Select/trim highlights to maximize retention and storytelling
• Occasionally create mini-documentary style 1–3 min edits
• Collaborate on idea boards, weekly calendars and storytelling direction

What We're Looking For

• Experience editing fast-paced Instagram & TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• Strong sense of pacing, hook creation and retention tactics
• Ability to create emotional and cinematic edits

• Fluent in English

Commitment & Compensation

Compensation will be based on a
hybrid model
:

• Hourly rate
  for editing time
• Per-video fee
  for each delivered asset
• Monthly fixed retainer scalable as channels grow
