The team designs, implements, and maintains a secure, cutting-edge technical ecosystem that enables high-quality, cost-efficient services for our customers worldwide.
As a
DevOps Engineer
you will be part of a talented and motivated core team that will support Eurovision Services in delivering the most innovative and reliable solutions for our customers around the world.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Ensure smooth operations,
maintenance, and performance of enterprise applications,
including Dynamics 365. - Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements
via the ticketing system. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,
collaborating with internal, suppliers and remote teams. - Design, develop, and implement new features
and customizations (using mainly scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or other languages as C#, or similar). - Contribute to
automation and DevOps practices
(Azure infrastructure, Linux Infrastructure). - Monitor the system health and performance, identifying key metrics and critical areas.
- Create and update
technical and user documentation. - Promote process automation and continuous improvement.
WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience managing
Linux environments, application management,
and ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/CRM/XRM) or similar ERP/CRM platforms. - Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language
(C#, .NET/X++, Java, Python, Power Platform, etc.). - Experience with
databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). - Understanding of enterprise integrations
(APIs, Azure Functions, Middleware, etc.). - Familiarity with
DevOps tools and practices
(Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automation). - Familiarity with monitoring solutions (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Kibana, etc.).
- Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
- System administration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-manage tasks and work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical issues into business language and working cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced level of English
Nice to have:
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Scripting and customization using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 SDK.
