El Instrumentista de Mantenimiento proporciona soporte específico de la especialidad a las plantas. Mantiene y repara todos los tipos de equipos dentro del conocimiento y experiencia de la disciplina Instrumentos. Esto incluye pero no se limita a: válvulas de control, válvulas automáticas, instrumentos de medición de planta (presión, temperatura, caudal), sistemas de control e instrumentos de tipo neumático, eléctrico y electrónico, entre otros.

Buscamos un profesional con amplios conocimientos y experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos industriales que, trabajando con autonomía, utilizará los conocimientos técnicos propios de la especialidad de Instrumentación para mantener y reparar los equipos de la planta de forma óptima y segura.

Requiere habilidades técnicas ampliadas en métodos analíticos/científicos o procesos operativos para llevar a cabo una variedad de actividades definidas. Debe tener habilidades demostradas y competencias específicas, buscando siempre la calidad del trabajo y la atención al detalle para reparar de forma efectiva y documentar de forma adecuada los trabajos realizado.

Responsabilidades

• Soporte técnico a planta como diagnóstico de primer nivel.
• Recurso técnico de Mantenimiento e Instrumentación.
• Revisa el paquete de trabajo y comprueba si el trabajo se puede realizar de una forma segura y de acuerdo con el paquete recibido (repuestos, procedimientos, plan de trabajo).
• Seguir el plan de trabajo para completar la reparación.
• Completar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo.
• Asistir en la planificación, priorización y planificación de mantenimiento a través del planificador, coordinador de trabajo y tecnólogos.
• Obtener los permisos de trabajo para ejecutar la tarea del paquete de trabajo.
• Configurar y calibrar, probar, medir y reparar todos los tipos de controles e instrumentos con variables neumáticas, eléctricas y electrónicas.
• Ejecutar los trabajos de mantenimiento de una forma correcta y segura para las personas y las instalaciones.
• Ayudar en el análisis para garantizar que el problema ha sido corregido.
• Facilitar información sobre la calidad de los paquetes de trabajo que recibe y datos para los análisis de fallo cuando se requiera.
• Documentar y registrar historia de reparaciones.
• Completar la información para actualizar los sistemas de información.
• Ayudar en el desarrollo de los procedimientos de trabajo de mantenimiento.

Cualificaciones

• Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Sistemas Electrotécnicos y Automatizados o similar.
• Se valorará haber finalizado los estudios reglados dentro de los 5 últimos años.
• Buenos conocimientos de inglés.
• Conocimientos en herramientas informáticas de ofimática, se valorará conocimientos en SAP y de herramientas propias de la especialidad.
• Se valorará experiencia en Mantenimiento Industrial y en la disciplina Instrumentación.

• Persona dinámica, comprometida y con ganas de aceptar retos.
• Capacidad para adaptarse, cumplir y liderar unas exigentes normas de seguridad.
• Disponibilidad y capacidad para hacer retenes de 24 horas una semana al mes.
• Persona que tenga pasión por la disciplina y que le guste resolver problemas técnicos.
• Competencias críticas para este puesto: Iniciativa, aprendizaje, buenas relaciones personales, proactividad y trabajo en equipo, flexibilidad y liderazgo en el cambio, capacidad técnica y enfoque hacia la seguridad de las personas y la protección del medioambiente.
