Funciones
Consultoría y análisis: liderar sesiones de descubrimiento con clientes para identificar sus desafíos de negocio, flujos de trabajo y objetivos.
Diseño de soluciones de alto nivel: conceptualizar y diseñar la arquitectura funcional de las soluciones, especificando componentes clave, integraciones y fases de implementación.
Propuesta de valor: elaborar y presentar propuestas de valor claras y ejecutables, articulando el alcance, la narrativa de valor y la viabilidad técnica para generar confianza en el cliente.
Trabajar con el equipo de negocio, aportando la capa técnica-funcional necesaria para concretar y cerrar oportunidades.
Colaborar con la PMO para asegurar que las propuestas estén correctamente dimensionadas en tiempos, costes y recursos.
Mantener una alineación con el arquitecto técnico, garantizando un traspaso fluido de oportunidades al equipo de delivery.
Innovación y visión de futuro: proporcionar feedback de mercado a dirección, identificando tendencias y oportunidades de mejora en nuestro offering de soluciones.

Requisitos
Experiencia demostrable (+5 años), en roles como Consultor/a Tecnológico, Ingeniero/a de Preventa (Sales Engineer), Arquitecto/a de Soluciones o similar, con un historial probado de diseño de soluciones complejas.
Trayectoria profesional evolutiva: valoramos especialmente perfiles con una carrera que comience en un rol técnico (desarrollo, sistemas) y haya evolucionado hacia posiciones estratégicas de consultoría y contacto directo con el cliente.
Comprensión sólida de ecosistemas tecnológicos: plataformas Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), conceptos de IA y Machine Learning (especialmente LLMs), sistemas empresariales (ERPs, CRMs), arquitecturas de integración y APIs, principios de ciberseguridad.
Experiencia directa con clientes
