Could you be the full-time VIE – Digital Solutions Deployment Specialist we're looking for?
Context
Alstom Digital Services improves its offering and develops innovative solutions for our Customers (Maintainers, Operators, Infrastructure Owners...).
To ease and accelerate the digital solutions adoption, it's mandatory to ensure perfect adequacy between the solutions (products), and the customers (users). This implies field testing, feedbacks, support and proximity.
Your future role
In this organisation, your role as a VIE will be to ensure local adoption of centrally designed products, as well as feeding back design & engineering teams.
We'll look to you for:
Expertise : Master our technologies and tools (TrainScanner, InfraScanner, HealthHub, etc …)Efficient engineering skills, with actionable knowledge on hardware (CAD & mechanical, electrical), and software (data processing, programming).Proactivity, and initiative : capable of adapting designsGrow knowledge : enrich use-cases. Field test. Provide formal feedbacks.Products delivery. Work closely with Central Engineering teams and installation teams to : anticipate potential issues de-bug, ease solution deploymentEnsure reliability growthGet solutions to be wholly commissioned/validated/homologated (by ISA)Boost local adoption. Work closely with users to : Offer 1st line supportTrain local people, collect feedback, improve their user experienceEnsure local satisfactionEnsure local adoption and changes in Maintenance WoW (ways-of-working)Ensure that Digital Solutions truly translate into value creation (in line with Business cases)Listen to local requirements are promote/offer solutions locallyFocus on Solutions delivery and Business case fulfilment (confirmed Value).
