As the Product QA Lead, you will own the quality of Flowable's product releases end-to-end. You'll work closely with Product Engineering to define, implement, and drive a robust test strategy that guarantees product excellence. You'll need strong technical depth, solid product intuition, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and actively participate in day-to-day testing activities, guiding the QA team while taking a hands-on role in both functional and technical work.
  • Design and execute test strategies, plans, and processes, ensuring they are practical and scalable for a lean team.
  • Build, maintain, and expand test automation frameworks, driving automation through direct implementation.
  • Own the quality of each release end-to-end, performing critical testing tasks yourself and signing off from a QA and risk perspective.
  • Collect customer insights, translate them into actionable quality improvements, and feed them directly into Product Engineering and roadmap discussions.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a product company writing end-to-end automated test.
  • Proven experience leading or managing QA teams, ideally in a hands-on environment.
  • Understanding of technologies used in Flowable products: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and React.
  • Experience building test pipelines in CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, CucumberJS, JUnit, Cypress, Agile testing practices is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of quality and ownership, with a hands-on, pragmatic, and precise approach to work.
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-driven mindset, able to tackle complex problems with clarity.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; proactive, reliable, and comfortable collaborating across teams and disciplines.
  • Fluent English.
