Role Description

Corporate Finance Trainer

Madrid
. The Corporate Finance Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training sessions on topics related to corporate finance, business planning, financial modeling, and due diligence. The role involves preparing course materials, facilitating interactive sessions, and ensuring that participants gain practical knowledge and skills aligned with industry standards. The trainer will work closely with the training team to create impactful learning experiences that support clients' business objectives and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Business Planning and Financial Modeling
  • Proven experience in conducting Due Diligence and financial analysis
  • Solid background in corporate finance or consulting
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are an advantage
  • Previous experience as a trainer or instructor preferred
