Security Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for two experienced and dynamic Project Managers to lead security assessment and improvement projects in the civil and industrial engineering domains. The successful candidates will be responsible for advising clients on security strategies and ensuring that all projects are executed with precision and in compliance with legal and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide assessment and advice on security improvements for engineering projects.


• Manage a variety of client needs with adaptability.


• Oversee project timelines and deliver high-quality results under high expectations.


• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, establishing credibility and confidence.


• Ensure compliance with QA & Risk Assurance practices.


• Stay abreast of legal requirements within the engineering sector.


• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, AutoCAD, Revit, Planner, and ERP systems.


• Travel to client sites as necessary.

Qualifications:


• Relevant degree and certifications in engineering, security, or related fields.


• 2-3 years of industry experience in security projects.


• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.


• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, AutoCAD, Revit, Planner, and ERP systems.


• Valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to client sites.


• Proven risk and security mindset, with a focus on delivering comprehensive solutions.
