FersiSolar S.L. is an Engineering and Consulting company dedicated to servicing solar thermal installations requiring technical solutions for industrial heat using renewable energy sources. Founded by experienced professionals, FersiSolar aims to support Asset Owners, Investment Funds, and Financial Institutions. The company focuses on four main areas: O&M advice for CSP plants, engineering and consulting for solar thermal power plants, Steam as a Service solutions, and technology provision for Parabolic Trough and Linear Fresnel systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer located in Madrid. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solar thermal systems, preparing technical documentation, and conducting field inspections. Day-to-day tasks include to follow-up the performance of several CSP power plant, selling key components related with concentrated technology, develop together with the team new simulators for thermal heat production decarbonizing the industry and to help the dissemination of the technology to the community. Additionally, the Junior Engineer will assist in project planning and client consultations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in designing and developing solar thermal systems
- Ability to prepare technical documentation and conduct field inspections
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with renewable energy sources and technology is a plus
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred
- Knowledge of Phyton
