About The Job
Main missions
Your Responsibilities Include

  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and potential issues.
  • Define and maintain test strategy & plan and commit to it throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop test cases, test data and automation scripts to ensure thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.
  • Document and track defects using issue tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to contribute to the agile development process.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and improve software robustness.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide input on code quality and testability.
  • Collaborate with other QA engineers to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Provide test reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting test coverage, defects, and overall software quality.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in Quality Engineering.
  • Provide support for production issues, performing root cause analysis, and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of software releases.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive quality and innovation across the organization.
  • Utilize AI tools for QA Use cases, such as test case design or test data generation, to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Implement machine learning models to predict potential software failures and optimize test case prioritization.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate AI/GenAI technologies into the QA process.
  • Monitor and analyze test results using AI-driven analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and GenAI technologies relevant to quality assurance.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on AI-driven testing tools and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI/GenAI strategies for continuous improvement in the QA process.
  • Design and execute AI-driven performance and security tests to ensure robust and secure software solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate AI/GenAI features into the software development lifecycle, promoting a culture of quality and innovation.

Expected Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience
10+ years of experience in testing large-scale applications.

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, SoapUI).
  • Strong Python, Java and JavaScript/typescript programming languages.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI tools for QA & testing.
  • Knowledge of machine learning for predictive testing.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and containerization.
  • Experience with BDD and Gherkin language for test case design.

Soft Skills / Transversal Skills

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and reporting skills in a Global and international environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid and international team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
