Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Specialist located in Marbella. The Installation Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing high-quality installations of interior design elements, furnishings, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design teams and project managers, ensuring accurate implementation of plans, assembling and installing furniture, troubleshooting issues that arise during installations, and maintaining a commitment to detail and craftsmanship. Collaboration with contractors and suppliers will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in furniture assembly, fixture installation, and managing on-site installations.
  • Technical skills in reading blueprints, interpreting AutoCAD designs, and understanding design layouts for accurate implementation.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including collaboration with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Knowledge of tools, materials, and equipment related to installation and construction, with a focus on safety practices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to project requirements, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in luxury interiors, architecture, or construction is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills, such as Spanish, are advantageous.
