Since 2021, our team has grown from 35 specialists to over 150 employees. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Warsaw, at Rondo Daszyńskiego. We have also opened four regional offices – in Spain, Wrocław, Kraków, and Lublin. Thanks to our innovative approach, we are constantly expanding and are now looking for someone to join our team as: International Commodity Trader.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish business relationships with new B2B clients in assigned markets
  • Sell feed/food/industrial chemicals/FMCG products to clients operating in the manufacturing sector
  • Independently conduct commercial negotiations
  • Oversee the process of selling goods to the client
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Research potential new clients in assigned markets and assess their potential
  • Coordinate matters related to the purchase/sale process (e.g., accuracy of contracts, sales and purchase invoices, transport documents)
  • Cooperate with the logistics, finance, and administration departments

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience with proven independent sales achievements
  • Communicative English skills – we use English daily to talk with clients and colleagues. Knowledge of other languages (e.g. German, French, Swedish, Italian) will be an asset
  • Ability to organize your work time independently and effectively
  • Strong focus on continuous development
  • Practical skills in acquiring new clients and strong motivation to achieve sales targets
  • Nice to have: your own client base
  • Nice to have: experience in acquiring clients in FMCG, food raw materials, feed, industrial chemicals, or related sectors (e.g., cocoa, coffee, seeds, spices, APIs, industrial chemistry)
