Identity Engineer

Responsabilidades clave:
Estandarización y mejora continua en servicios de identidad y colaboración.
Administración y resolución de problemas en entornos empresariales de Active Directory.
Operación y optimización de identidades híbridas (Entra Connect/Cloud Sync).
Gobernanza de accesos privilegiados (PIM + PAM) y soporte a servicios colaborativos en Microsoft 365.
Documentación clara y transferencia de conocimiento.
Requisitos:
Experiencia sólida en administración y troubleshooting de Active Directory.
Conocimientos prácticos en identidades híbridas (Entra Connect/Cloud Sync).
Experiencia con Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) y administración de Microsoft 365.
Familiaridad con conceptos de acceso privilegiado y gobernanza.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, gestionar entregas end-to-end y comunicar temas técnicos a audiencias mixtas.
Deseable:
Experiencia con soluciones PAM (CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust).
Conocimiento sobre herramientas externas para gestión del ciclo de vida de usuarios e identidad.
Experiencia en entornos regulados o con auditorías estructuradas.

Modalidad: Hibrida (2 días Oficina - 3 días Teletrabajo).
