¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Serás un
eslabón clave
entre el laboratorio y los HCPs, combinando ciencia y comunicación para
aportar valor real
.

  • Contactar a médicos/as y personal sanitario de la base de datos del laboratorio, construyendo relaciones de confianza a través de videollamadas, teléfono y herramientas digitales.
  • Impartir formaciones online de calidad adaptando el mensaje según especialidad, interés y nivel técnico del profesional.
  • Detectar necesidades, resolver dudas y convertir la información científica en valor práctico para el día a día clínico.
  • Formarás parte de un equipo cercano y dinámico, aportando ideas y participando en estrategias de mejora.
  • Gestionar tu propio pipeline de contactos y reportes, manteniendo orden, criterio y autonomía.
  • Aprender y crecer: recibirás formación continua en producto, técnicas de comunicación, persuasión ética y herramientas digitales.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

  • Contrato estable en un proyecto consolidado en el sector salud
  • Salario: €/ brutos anual € variable anual)
  • Horario híbrido en las oficinas en Sant Cugat (Parque de la Pollancreda) Jornada completa de Lunes a Jueves y Viernes intensiva y dos días de teletrabajo
  • Formación continua en producto, soft skills y estrategias de relación médico–laboratorio
  • Crecimiento real en el área de Customer Success / Medical Training / Ventas consultivas en salud.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?
Sólida formación en Ciencias de la Salud (Biología, nutrición, fisioterapia o similar).

Experiencia impartiendo formaciones e interactuando con profesionales sanitarios

Capacidad de transformar información científica en mensajes claros y útiles

Empatía, escucha activa, habilidades comunicativas y buena presencia

Deseable experiencia en entornos comerciales o de consultoría médica

Persona organizada, proactiva, adaptable y orientada a objetivos

Residencia en Barcelona o alrededores (para trabajo híbrido)

Valorable catalán y manejo medio de Excel
