CFO
para una Startup tecnologica basada en la ciudad de
Madrid
.

Funciones:

  • Liderar el área financiera: contabilidad, tesorería, fiscalidad, control de gestión y reporting.
  • Participar en el comité de dirección y definir la estrategia financiera de la compañía.
  • Supervisar cierres contables, planificación financiera, presupuestos y análisis de rentabilidad.
  • Gestionar relaciones con bancos, inversores y fondos. Liderar procesos de financiación y subvenciones.
  • Controlar márgenes, aprobar inversiones y mejorar eficiencia financiera.
  • Coordinar la parte laboral y fiscal y asegurar cumplimiento normativo.
  • Implementar herramientas de reporting avanzado (Power BI, KPIs)

Requisitos:

  • Formación en ADE, Finanzas, Economía o similar. Se valorará MBA o máster financiero.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en finanzas, al menos 5 en roles de liderazgo.
  • Imprescindible experiencia en entono start-up / scale-up
  • Dominio de contabilidad, fiscalidad, reporting y planificación financiera.
  • Inglés obligatorio (nivel alto, entorno internacional).
  • Perfil analítico, estratégico, orientado al detalle y con capacidad de liderazgo.
