Título del puesto: Consultor BMC Helix ITSM Senior

Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un Consultor BMC Helix ITSM Senior para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de proyectos tecnológicos. La persona seleccionada será responsable del desarrollo, configuración e implementación de diversos procesos ITIL, incluyendo AI , Chatbots , Portales y otras soluciones avanzadas.

Funciones principales:

Desarrollo y configuración de procesos ITIL en BMC Helix.

Participación activa en proyectos bajo metodología AGILE.

Soporte en integraciones mediante Web APIs, Web Services, etc.

Configuración y soporte en infraestructuras, bases de datos y herramientas relacionadas.

Liderar relaciones con clientes, asistir a reuniones de seguimiento y preparar informes.

Colaborar con los departamentos de IT de los clientes para garantizar el éxito de los proyectos.

Requisitos:

Conocimientos sólidos de BMC Helix + DWP + Business Workflow.

Certificaciones en BMC Helix ITSM deseables.

Experiencia mínima de 60 meses en gestión, configuración, instalación y despliegue de proyectos BMC Helix.

Nivel de inglés B1 mínimo.

Experiencia en soporte de infraestructura, bases de datos e integraciones mediante APIs y servicios web.

Se valorará:

Experiencia en AI , Chatbots y Portales dentro de proyectos ITIL.

Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de relaciones con clientes.
