About the Role

We're looking for a
hands-on Human Resources & Office Operations Manager
to join our growing team.

You'll be part of the
Finance team
, reporting directly to the
CFO
, who will provide overall guidance and priorities. Your mission will be to make sure our HR processes run smoothly across multiple countries and entities, while helping to build a great place to work.

You'll also support the team with
general administration
and
occasional office management
tasks, keeping things organized and running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
  Lead the full hiring process, from defining roles and interviewing candidates to welcoming new team members and helping them settle in.
• HR Administration:
  Keep employee records and contracts up to date, and ensure all HR data is well organized and confidential.
• Payroll Coordination:
  Work with external payroll consultants to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time across different countries.
• Legal & Compliance:
  Make sure our working conditions, policies, and contracts meet local labor laws and company standards.
• Employee Relations:
  Act as a neutral and approachable point of contact for employees and managers when challenges arise; help mediate and resolve conflicts fairly.
• Team Building & Culture:
  Plan activities that strengthen team connection, collaboration, and company culture.
• Admin & Office Support:
  Help with general administrative work and ensure the office (physical or virtual) runs smoothly day to day.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR or people operations, ideally in an international SME or multi-country setup.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented, but flexible enough to handle many moving parts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
