About The Role
You will be resposible of the accurate and timely data for global closing cycles.

Provide support consolidation and reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely data for global closing cycles.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge preferred.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, update, and ensure the accuracy of consolidation templates used across all entities.
  • Oversee the preparation of complex account reconciliations and review reconciliations completed by other subsidiaries staff.
  • Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure proper recording, matching, and elimination of intercompany transactions.
  • Review intercompany reconciliation results and resolve mismatches before month-end close.
  • Review audit schedules prepared by staff for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Ensure all audit documentation is delivered on time and maintain a centralized repository for audit evidence.
  • Oversee and review monthly close packages from subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and deadlines.
  • Validate key financial statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance explanations.
  • Supervise the maintenance of reporting databases, ensuring data integrity for consolidation and management reporting.
  • Oversee periodic updates to recurring schedules, templates, and reporting tools.
