AX Partners, a specialized real estate investment manager in Spain, is seeking to hire a
Legal & Asset Manager
to join its
Investment Team
. The selected candidate will play a key role in the legal structuring, execution, and active management of the firm's investments, working across legal, operational, and strategic dimensions.

AX Partners is a real estate investment firm focused on
Core Plus and Value Add
strategies within the
mid-market hotel segment
in prime locations across Spain. The firm combines financial discipline, operational expertise, and an institutional investment approach to create sustainable value and deliver superior returns through the repositioning and transformation of assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive legal support throughout all phases of acquisition and disposal processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee legal due diligence: urban planning, contractual, civil, and registral matters.
  • Review and negotiate transaction documentation (SPA, financing agreements, guarantees, corporate documentation).
  • Manage the legal oversight of investment vehicles and related corporate governance.
  • Monitor legal aspects of assets under management, including lease agreements, licenses, service contracts, and supplier relationships.
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of each asset's business plan in close collaboration with the Investment Team.
  • Prepare signings, externals, legal reports, risk notes, and documentation for investment committees.
  • Liaise with external advisors, operators, property managers, and public administrations.

Profiles

  • Degree in Law.
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in real estate, either in a specialized law firm, investment manager, servicer, or real estate company.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish real estate market and its legal/urban planning frameworks.
  • High analytical capabilities, technical rigor, and strong execution skills.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Autonomous, structured, and motivated professional with ambition to grow within a demanding and performance-driven environment.
