Finance Trainee
focused on
Accounts Payable
, you'll gain practical experience supporting the hotel's financial processes while developing core skills in accounting, supplier relations, and administrative management. Over a
6-month internship
, you'll work alongside our Finance team, learning to handle invoices, verify data, and assist with reconciliations—all while contributing to the smooth running of our Finance Department.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the reception, review, and basic recording of invoices.
  • Assist in verifying tax and administrative data on documents.
  • Help organize and maintain physical and digital files for invoices and payment receipts.
  • Support the preparation of simple reports or reconciliations under supervision.
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm receipt of payments or request missing information.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks in the Finance area as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Current university student (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Available to start the internship in August/September for a 6-month period
  • High level of Spanish is mandatory (spoken and written); English is a plus
  • Good Excel skills and confident using Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numerical data
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Effective communicator, able to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
  • Able to sign a university collaboration agreement
  • Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU-approved internship program
