Buscamos una persona con mentalidad estratégica y fuerte intuición comercial para liderar nuestro proceso de ventas high-ticket. Somos un colectivo creativo que desarrolla estrategias de marca basadas en datos; trabajamos con clientes que valoran precisión, estética y rendimiento. Necesitamos a alguien capaz de transformar esa propuesta en acuerdos sólidos y relaciones de largo plazo.

El rol exige alguien que entienda el mundo creativo, pero piense como negocio: lectura de señales, manejo de objeciones, seguimiento disciplinado y capacidad de cerrar proyectos de alto valor aportando claridad y seguridad al cliente.

Responsabilidades principales:

-Detectar, filtrar y activar leads cualificados.

-Dirigir llamadas de descubrimiento y presentaciones con criterio.

-Traducir necesidades de negocio en propuestas claras y de alto valor.

-Gestionar el pipeline con orden, intención y foco.

-Cerrar acuerdos con clientes que encajan con nuestra visión y estándar.

Lo que buscamos:

-Experiencia previa en ventas consultivas o high-ticket.

-Comunicación precisa, natural y orientada a resultados.

-Sensibilidad creativa: entender el valor del diseño, la marca y las narrativas.

-Autonomía, disciplina y pulso comercial.

-Nivel alto/bilingüe de Inglés.

-Capacidad para moverse en entornos ágiles y orientados a crecimiento.
