The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our international organisation. Full guidance and support will be provided for the following key job responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of contact within the Madrid team, providing cross functional support to internal team members.
  • Manage requests for each service line, particularly in peak seasons, create quotes and close rental orders.
  • Assist the sales team by managing orders, invoicing, or communication with customers.
  • Collaborate in project management by serving as a liaison between the operations team and general sales to resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform customer service activities by traveling to fairs and events when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and operations to ensure a seamless transaction.
  • Accurate reporting of sales figures on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Regularly report on market activity.
  • Provide ad-hoc general administration support when needed.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Bilingual (intermediate English and fluent Spanish).
  • Previous experience of working as an Administrator, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and motivation to get results.
  • Computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software programs.
  • Great attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Another European language.

Additional information:

Ability and flexibility to travel and work outside of regular working hours; It may be necessary to travel and work on weekends during peak seasonal periods.
