The Restaurant Data Company está revolucionando la analítica de datos en el sector de la restauración organizada y el delivery. Buscamos un Senior Commercial Manager con experiencia en B2B SaaS y conocimiento del sector horeca para liderar nuestra estrategia comercial, escalar las ventas y consolidar alianzas estratégicas en España y otros mercados clave.
TareasResponsabilidades clave
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para escalar ventas de la plataforma Muse.
- Identificar, negociar y cerrar acuerdos con grupos de restauración, consultoras y otros stakeholders estratégicos.
- Diseñar y optimizar el funnel de ventas: desde generación de leads hasta cierre.
- Coordinar con producto y operaciones para asegurar una propuesta de valor sólida y alineada con las necesidades del mercado.
- Liderar procesos de pricing, forecasting comercial y reporting a dirección.
- Expandir el negocio a nuevos mercados (internacionalización), incluyendo análisis competitivo y búsqueda de partners locales.
- Supervisar y, en su caso, construir un equipo comercial de alto rendimiento.
+5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B o desarrollo de negocio, preferentemente en SaaS, data o tech.
- Experiencia directa o conocimiento profundo del sector de la restauración organizada, food delivery, retail o consumo.
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación y cierre.
- Capacidad analítica para entender métricas y traducirlas en acciones comerciales.
- Español e inglés fluido (C1+). Se valoran otros idiomas.
- Experiencia trabajando con CRM (ej. Hubspot, Salesforce) y metodologías de venta (ej. consultiva, MEDDIC, SPIN).
Proyecto en alto crecimiento con impacto real en el sector.
