Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Analyst Contact Center team in the COO domain

The responsibility of this team is to provide the assisted channels (Backoffice, Contact Center Front, chat and chatbot) with the necessary information for the proper follow-up of our customer's support activity, and for taking the strategic decisions and our way of working is proactively use the data for building consistent reports and dashboards and for taking decisions in a fast-paced environment

Your key responsibilities:

As a data analyst you will:

Positively contribute to Build and update reports for activity follow up

Run monograph analysis for deep dive on the main KPIs for all the support channels

Ensure all the reports are accurate and provided in time

• An advanced level in Excel and SQL, Valuable: SAS, Python and PowerBI
• Advanced level of English. Reading, Speaking and writing
• High analytical skills and business savvy
• Energy for designing and developing dashboards for the proper follow up of the team's KPIs
• Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary environment, and in strong coordination with another teams, inside the bank, and with our Partners.
• Being able to prepare high impact executive decks with the main KPIs from the team or for incoming projects

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando un/a Analista de datos con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Contact Center dentro del dominio COO.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es proporcionar a los canales asistidos (Backoffice, Contact Center Front, chat y chatbot) la información necesaria para el correcto seguimiento de la actividad de soporte a nuestros clientes, y para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Nuestra forma de trabajar consiste en utilizar proactivamente los datos para construir informes y dashboards consistentes y tomar decisiones en un entorno dinámico.

Tus principales responsabilidades:
Como analista de datos, tú:

• Contribuirás positivamente a construir y actualizar informes para el seguimiento de la actividad.
• Realizarás análisis monográficos para profundizar en los principales KPIs de todos los canales de soporte.
• Asegurarás que todos los informes sean precisos y se entreguen a tiempo.

• Capacidad para preparar presentaciones ejecutivas de alto impacto con los principales KPIs del equipo o de proyectos entrantes.
