About The Role
seQura is seeking a highly skilled
Strategic Sales Consultant
with a consultative sales approach and enterprise-level experience. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address the unique needs of large-scale organizations. Your expertise in building long-term relationships and understanding complex business environments will be key to driving sustainable growth.

What Challenges You'll Be Solving
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target enterprise-level clients.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to craft customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes and maximize value.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, managing multiple touchpoints and aligning internal teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Track performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in consultative sales approach with a focus on enterprise-level clients, particularly in SaaS or FinTech.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in retail or e-commerce sectors within the Spanish market is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Native level of Spanish and working knowledge of English.
