Ready to take the next step in your iGaming career?
For one of our international iGaming clients, we are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Responsible Gaming Analyst who wants to move beyond traditional customer support and into a more analytical, impact-driven role within iGaming.
Responsible Gaming isn't just a checkbox here – it's a mindset. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience within iGaming (Customer Support, Payments, Risk, Fraud, RG or similar) who wants to work closer to compliance, player protection and long-term sustainability.
You'll play a key role in safeguarding players, analysing behaviour, and helping shape responsible gaming practices in a regulated environment.
This is a full-time position within a 24/7 operation, offered in a hybrid working model.
The Role
As a Responsible Gaming Analyst, you will contribute to the development, execution and continuous improvement of Responsible Gaming operations. You'll work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure player protection remains at the heart of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse player behaviour and gameplay to identify potential responsible gaming risks
- Proactively contact players via phone, email and chat to suggest appropriate intervention tools (limits, cool-offs, etc.)
- Perform in-depth account reviews based on alerts, reports and behavioural patterns
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases with clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of reviews, communications and actions taken
- Promote Responsible Gaming awareness internally, especially towards operational teams
- Suggest improvements and updates to RG procedures and processes
- Support ad-hoc projects related to Responsible Gaming and compliance initiatives
You will report directly to the Head of Responsible Gaming.
Requirements
- Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken
- At least 1 year of experience within iGaming (Customer Support, RG, Risk, Fraud, Payments or similar)
- A strong sense of responsibility and genuine care for player wellbeing
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Solution-driven and comfortable making judgement calls
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible mindset and a hands-on attitude
Benefits
- Hybrid working model
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Modern, brand-new offices
- Private health insurance
- Wellness allowance
- Meal allowance and daily office snacks
- Company discounts and perks
- A chance to move your iGaming career beyond customer support into a more specialised and future-proof role
If you've worked in iGaming and feel ready to take on more responsibility, more impact, and a clearer career path, this could be your next move.
Apply now and take the next step in your iGaming journey.
