About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Manager position to join our Front Office Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out, accurate room assignments, and seamless guest service.
  • Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to deliver consistent excellence.
  • Oversee Opera system, maintain data accuracy, control rates, and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Control departmental budget, monitor performance, and optimize resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing front desk operations in a 5-star hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Proficient in Opera or similar property management systems, with strong attention to accuracy and procedures.

  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on satisfaction and quality standards.
