2. What you´ll be doing

Your day-to-day as a Product Engineer

• Develop of stable and reliable services based on and ,
  capable of following our roadmap. Create, test, and maintain of our platform, API, and new services.
• Adhere to and evangelize our "
  Shakers Agile
  " work methodology. You will rigorously apply concepts of best practices in development, testing, QA, and documentation. Implement and work with a good Git flow (we use GitLab) for version control.
• You also believe in constant improvement. You are good at refactoring code, migrating bewteen frameworks, reviewing other people's code, testing, applying hexagonal architectures, thinking about microservices when needed…
• You are
  proactive
  ; we don't want a developer who just picks up a set of specifications and doesn't think. Your obsession should be making our product faster, easier, more stable, and above all, scalable.

4. What's in it for you?

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 36.000€ and 51.750€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

• Between 36.000€ & 45.000€ fixed salary
• Up to 6.750€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential and Shakers global results (15%)
