Eurostars Madrid Tower busca un/a recepcionista/a de hotel profesional, con orientación al cliente y una excelente presencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de recepción. El/La candidato/a ideal será responsable de brindar un servicio excepcional a los huéspedes desde su llegada hasta su salida, garantizando que cada huésped experimente el estándar de hospitalidad característico de Eurostars Madrid Tower.

Tareas


• Recibir cálidamente a los huéspedes a su llegada y brindar un servicio de check-in y check-out sin contratiempos.


• Gestionar reservas de habitaciones, consultas y solicitudes por teléfono, correo electrónico y sin cita previa.


• ​​Mantener registros precisos de los huéspedes y garantizar la correcta documentación mediante el PMS del hotel.


• Brindar a los huéspedes información sobre el hotel, comodidades, servicios y recomendaciones locales.


• Coordinarse con el departamento de limpieza, conserjería y otros departamentos para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes.


• Gestionar pagos, facturas y procesos de facturación de forma eficiente y precisa.


• Atender y resolver las inquietudes o problemas de los huéspedes con cortesía y prontitud.


• Mantener la limpieza, el orden y una apariencia profesional en la recepción en todo momento.


• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas del hotel, los procedimientos de seguridad y los estándares de servicio.


• Promocionar los servicios, las instalaciones y las ofertas especiales del hotel para mejorar la satisfacción de los huéspedes.

Requisitos


• Graduado/a de bachillerato/a o universitario/a en Administración Hotelera o cualquier campo relacionado.


• Se valorará la experiencia previa como recepcionista de hotel o en atención al cliente.


• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.


• Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y una actitud amable y cordial.


• Dominio de aplicaciones informáticas básicas y sistemas de reservas de hotel (se valorará la experiencia con PMS).


• Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, trabajar bajo presión y gestionar las inquietudes de los huéspedes con profesionalismo.


• Horario flexible; dispuesto/a a trabajar en turnos rotativos, fines de semana y festivos.


• Persona bien cuidada, organizada y con vocación de servicio.
