What You'll Do
- Develop and implement responsive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive frontend experiences.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends, tools, and technologies.
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills (Junior Level):
- Solid understanding of core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with a modern JavaScript framework/library: React through personal/professional projects or coursework.
- Basic understanding of responsive design principles.
- Comfortable with version control systems: Git.
- (Bonus) Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) or frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
Technical Skills (Mid-Senior Level)
- Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.
- Strong experience (4+ years) with React framework/library.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) or frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with version control systems: Git.
- Experience with build tools and bundlers: Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Understanding of Frontend Software Architecture and patterns.
- (Bonus) Knowledge of one or more testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- (Bonus) Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- (Bonus) Understanding of Accessibility (a11y) standards
