We are seeking a highly analytical, process-driven, and proactive
Analytical Thinker & Problem Solver
professional to join our
Global Strategic Finance
team. This role bridges finance, operations, and strategy, focusing on driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimizing performance metrics, and scaling global financial processes.

You'll act as a
strategic partner to senior leadership
, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, automate workflows, and enable scalable decision-making across regions. The ideal candidate has a strong operational or engineering background with deep analytical rigor, business acumen, a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of taking ideas and quickly turning them into action.

About the Role:

• Lead global strategic finance initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, and operational efficiency
• Design and implement scalable financial and operational systems across multiple business units and markets
• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to develop automated tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that support executive decision-making
• Drive continuous process improvement across financial workflows, integrating automation and data validation to reduce manual effort and error
• Evaluate business performance through KPI modeling, scenario planning, and root-cause analysis of financial outcomes
• Collaborate with regional leadership to translate business insights into strategic and operational priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership, supporting global planning, reporting, and investment decisions

About You:

• STEM Background, with high achievement results
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Outstanding analytical skills, good business sense, and strategic mindset
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and self-motivation
• Strong communication skills and relationship management
• Previous experience in investment banking or consulting is a plus
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
• 1-6 years of previous working experience, responsibilities assigned accordingly during the selection process
