About the Company:

Join a leading multinational technology company specializing in software, hardware, and online services.

The company offers advertising solutions through pay-per-click (PPC) models, helping businesses succeed with strategic online marketing.

Job Overview:

As an Account Specialist, you'll work with advertisers and agencies to help them set up, improve, and maximize their advertising campaigns on a major search engine platform.

Your goal is to boost their ad performance and increase their investment in online advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and educate new advertisers on how to use the platform.

Analyze customer accounts and websites to improve ad performance.

Engage with advertisers to retain and reactivate their campaigns with personalized strategies.

Provide support via phone and email, answering advertiser inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

Proficiency in German at C2 level and English at B2 level (spoken and written).

Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.

Knowledge of SEO, search engines, and digital marketing tools.

Familiarity with ad networks, audience trends, CRM platforms, and online advertising.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Comfortable with fast typing (minimum 25 WPM, 85% accuracy).

A background check is required before starting.
