We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Product Manager
to join our team for Kampus. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of our roadmap and helping define the product vision. Your ability to lead multiple agile development teams, collaborate with various stakeholders, and deliver tangible business value will be key to your success.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Product Management:
• Define, prioritize, and continuously refine strategic areas of the Product backlog
• Execute the backlog with development teams, including UI/UX, following Agile/Scrum methodology to maximize delivered value
• Manage improvement requests and communicate updates to both internal and external stakeholders
• Develop product area strategies to help drive the overall roadmap
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure proper communication and adoption of product increments
• Conduct independent and collaborative research to identify development opportunities and contribute to the evolution of our value proposition
• Team management, such as:
• Lead day-to-day priorities and tasks of the Scrum Teams
• Help the team understand what we are doing and why
• Work closely with the scrum master to support a team culture that people enjoy working in

Job Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and product management skills, delivering successful outcomes
• Be a strong team player with experience working in a matrix environment, promoting effective collaboration across teams and products
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in other relevant positions (e.g. Product Owner) – ideally with experience managing products that have a strong front-end component
• Display knowledge and proficiency in agile practices, preferably Scrum
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, capable of defining clear development stories tailored to diverse audiences
• Possess fluent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Previous experience in the educational industry is a significant advantage, demonstrating an understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities
