Job Summary:
The Walt Disney Company offers an internship in Madrid in Retail Marketing at the Disney Consumer Product department.

The role will consist of:

Participate on the implementation of the global Retail Marketing DCP strategy, through the development of specific actions ensuring all the EMEA and Iberia strategic plans are correctly launched across:

  • Retail Marketing Strategy & Planning;
  • DCP Franchise Management w/Regional Team;
  • Internal voice and advocate of the DCP Franchise across TWDC Brand Management.

On the Retail area, his/her main responsibilities will be:

  • Support Retail teams to create ad hoc plans for licensees & retailers;
  • Content plans: localize Regional campaigns & create new content;
  • Implement & coordinate Shopper digital marketing campaigns partnering with DCP Franchise Regional Leads & Local Integrated Marketing
  • B2B strategy: Licensee meeting, retailers workshops, retailers newsletter, etc. -.

The key accountabilities:

'Coordination & Implement of Shopper marketing campaigns partnering with Franchise Regional, Leads & Local Integrated Marketing. Supervision of marketing and communication campaigns of licensees (concept, promotional premiums, approval of materials). Assist with the development of proposals for retailers & partners. Ensure partner websites are up to date and aligned with TWDC brand guidelines. Coordination with other lines of business of the company (TDS, DLP, PR). Track availability of all Franchisees pitches, marketing materials and product development assets for Retailers & Licencees. Support (and attend where needed) – Retail Events, promotions on-line & instore, etc Responsible of creative approval process and prepare reports.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

  • Knowledge Marketing / Trade Marketing and/or Franchise environment.
  • Marketing, Licensing or retail experience necessary.
  • Must have understanding of retail and distribution channels, product development process and experience of presenting to large audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in marketing roles desirable

QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE DESIRED:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline. [It is essential to have completed the degree (degree already paid) and no more than 3 years have elapsed since the completion of it]
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent organizational & prioritization skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

Ofrecemos un contrato en prácticas* de 1 año (6+6 meses).

  • Requisitos: Este contrato podrá concertarse con quienes estuvieren en posesión de título universitario o de formación profesional de grado medio o superior o títulos oficialmente reconocidos como equivalentes, de acuerdo con las leyes reguladoras del sistema educativo vigente, o de certificado de profesionalidad, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 5/2002, de 19 de junio, de las Cualificaciones y de la Formación Profesional, que habiliten para el ejercicio profesional.

Que no hayan transcurrido más de tres años, o de cinco cuando el contrato se concierte con un trabajador con discapacidad, desde la terminación de los estudios.
