• Develop and execute a detailed online content strategy, in line with thecompany´s marketing objectives and the Integrated Customer BusinessPlan.

• Ensure the development of content that fosters engagement and supportsthe marketing strategy, with focus in online educational activities for HealthCare Professionals and patients.

• Supervise and coordinate the creation of various content types, such aseCME programs, webcasts/webinars, web pages, blog posts, videos andinfographics.

• Stay updated with emerging content formats to stay competitive, andproactively recommend innovation opportunities.

• Align with the Channels& Automation / Business teams to develop andimplement strategies for distributing content across various channels,including social media, email and other platforms.

• Create and oversee editorial calendars to ensure a consistent flow ofcontent.

• Make sure produced content is based on the SEO best practices to enhancevisibility and search engine rankings.

• Use analytics tools to measure content performance and recommendideas and best practices for improvement.

• Create regular reports on content performance and communicate insights.

• Manage external vendors (local and international) contracted to provideeducational services.

• Make sure that all content complies with legal, regulatory and ethicalstandards, including medical, copyright and privacy regulations

• University degree from accredited institution.

• Advanced English level

• Experience of 4+ years in Digital Content marketing related positions.

• Knowledge in the implementation of online educational methodologies andmaterials: LMS, eCME, webinars…

• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), marketing automationtools and other relevant technologies

• Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.

• Experience in Life Sciences environment.

• Project management skills and attention to detail
